Silent Auction Rules

on the lower level, will open at 6:30 p.m. and will
start closing at
7:30 p.m.
- Each item has a bid sheet(s),
which includes a beginning bid amount and bid increments.
Any bid that does not meet these requirements is
invalid and will be removed from the bid sheet.

bid sheet will immediately be marked as closed and
then removed from the table. Bid sheets will be
replaced and recorded by index cards marked with
item descriptions and the final winning bid. No
bids may be posted after closing of the auction
and will not be accepted. Winning bidder for each
item should pick up the corresponding index card
and present it at the cashier’s table. The
cashier will total all sheets for which one payment
can be made. Winners may pick up their items after
payment is received.
